Shila Korean BBQ: A Delicious Dive into Authentic Korean Barbecue

A little on the pricey side for dinner but was very good overall. Best meats imo is the beef brisket and boneless short rib. Would come again cause it's the only KBBQ around tbh

This was our first visit to Shila Korean BBQ, We had the all you can eat lunch. Portions are generous. Great selection of seafood such as Baby Octopus , Squid, and whole shrimp. Service was ok, it was busy but after they bring you a heaping platter of meat who cares if they check back ( until you want more) which they did. The Kimchi was delicious as well. I would recommend this place if you are into Korean BBQ.

Everything was delicious! We like the large selection of sides, and the shave ice was huge, but very refreshing! Our server was amazing! She was by herself, because her worker had called out. It was busy, but she handled all the tables by herself, and still had a great attitude. Thank you! We'll be back soon!

One of my fav places to go eat. It’s worth the driving from merced to fresno. My husband and I always get good vibes and the employers are always nice. Good food. The waiting suck but I think it’s worth the wait.

It was a nice experience. Great place to go with family and friends. Good selection of meats and veggies, seafood and side dishes. Lunch price is not too bad. It's very well worth it(if you're able to stomach it all. )Will definitely go again.

I have been coming here for years, and I love it. Their meats always taste fresh, and they have delicious sides. My favorite meats are the spicy pork belly, spicy pork Bulgogi, beef brisket and baby octopus. My favorite sides are the potato salad and tofu soup. I love that the tofu soup is spicy and served super hot. I also make sure to enjoy one of their macaroon ice cream sandwiches after. My favorite flavors are the matcha or espresso. I recommend you let it thaw a little to enjoy the true texture of the macaroon. Or not, because it’s delicious either way. Their staff is super friendly and responsive. They really try to be efficient even on the busiest days. I recommend this location

We always go here, primarily because its one of the few KBBQ places in fresno. but comparatively, the prices are reasonable. 35 per adult, as opposed to the ones In the bay that go up to 50/60 per person. The good: food is almost always a little frozen when it comes out, and pink depending on the meat you order. There's a bar for your sides, which I appreciate bc I love noodle salad and kimchi. The music is always kpop or kpop adjacent. Its usually not too loud. As most kbbq, its all you can eat. Most of the meat on the menu is pretty good flavor wise. The cons: We aren't really greeted unless we call someone over to seat us so we can eat. The guy who usually serves us is very passive, and has a little bit of an annoyed attitude with us. Still, he still checks in and is mostly accommodating like with changing the grill and more meat/rice/ drinks/ chopstics etc. The grills are kinda old fashioned in comparison to other full metal plates. Food sticks to them a little more often, but the flame itself adds extra flavor. The tables do have some streaks from wiping them down. Im not sure how old the egg plates that come with the meal are. Scissors can be dull. Overall, its still a solid place to come for kbbq in fresno. The sauces that come with are pretty good, basic ones. If you're not too focused on the details like I mentioned earlier, it's actually quite enjoyable. :)

Honestly this place is decent. The people here are nice. Good customer service. But this place can seem to be slow, empty and not many people are here.
